All of our truck and equipment
paint spray booth walls and plenum sections are constructed of heavy-duty,
18-gauge galvanized steel. Exhaust fans (24" - 42" diameter)
and motors (2hp 7.5hp) are sized and placed for more than adequate
air flow to meet all quality code standards. All access doors are double
skinned for ease of maintenance and treated for noise control. Brixon™ latches
and limit switches are provided for each door opening, and all hardware,
filters and sealants needed for installation come included.
Illumination
Each of our truck and equipment paint
spray booths features bright, full-booth illumination from four-tube,
48"-long, 32-watt fluorescent light fixtures, sealed behind clear
tempered safety glass and sealed with a trimlock gasket (light tubes
not included). All fixtures are UL listed and approved for their intended
use and placement.
